The oil pipeline was tested last week, after which pressure was built up to put the pipeline into service. Deliveries have now resumed, the news agency's source said.
Neither the oil company Aramco nor the Saudi Arabian government wanted to comment on the information.
During the Iran-Iraq war, the oil pipeline has been a crucial complement to maintaining Saudi oil export volumes when shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has been limited by attacks and the risk of attacks.
In September, Saudi oil exports increased to an average of five million barrels per day, the highest level since the Iran war. Most of it is sent to countries in Asia.
