23-year-old Ström, who has already won three Swedish championships with Villa, scored three goals within the first 20 minutes of the Swedish championship final in Västerås. Sandviken led 3–1 at halftime, and in the second half Ström scored another goal in the 6–2 victory.

"You couldn't feel better. It's euphoria. You're so happy. It's just so nice, there are a few bounces going my way today. I'm so incredibly proud of this team," Tilda Ström tells SVT.

The SM gold was Gästrikelaget's first women's title in 13 years. Before Saturday's final, Sandviken had not been in the SM final since 2013, when AIK was defeated in Solna.

"It feels completely unbelievable. It's so fucking fun, really fun. It's everything you've ever dreamed of," Sandviken goalkeeper Ellen Jansson, who played well, tells SVT.

Tilda Ström, who was the elite league's top scorer with 31 goals, expects a proper gold celebration.

"It's going to be a hell of a ride," she says.
