Sandvik announced in a press release that the order is worth approximately SEK 420 million and that the buyer is the global mining contractor The Redpath Group.
The order covers underground mining equipment such as mining trucks, loaders and drilling rigs. The equipment will be used in Evolution Mining's gold mining project in the state of New South Wales.
Deliveries are expected to begin in mid-2026 and continue into 2027. Sandvik will also deliver various digital solutions, rock-drilling tools and spare parts.
