Author and influencer Sandra Beijer accuses artist Miriam Bryant of plagiarism. "I wrote the exact same story in 2024," Beijer wrote on Instagram.

The accusation concerns Bryant's song "Not Together," about a girl who runs into her ex at the grocery store and mixes up grocery bags.

"When I got home and noticed that I had brought your grocery bag from Ica, you had bought dinner for two, I cried like a fucking idiot; lucky no one saw," sings the artist.

In Beijer's text, the narrator encounters his ex in the store and confuses baskets:

"I went home with the goods; I didn't notice anything at the time. Then I cried into the bags, because everything was bought for two."

"It's the same text, but written in a different way," Beijer tells Aftonbladet.

Miriam Bryant has not commented.
