According to the report from the Ukrainian Regional Center for Human Rights (RCHR), the children were taken to the Songdowon International Children's Camp in North Korea.
On May 11, Britain froze the camp's assets and announced that it was suspected of participating in Russia's program of "forced deportation and reeducation of Ukrainian children."
On Friday, North Korea described Britain's actions in a statement as "heinous, unethical, politically motivated provocations to tarnish our state's reputation abroad and belittle friendly relations between North Korea and Russia."
