Vapstens sameby has appealed the Land and Environment Court's decision which gives the company Lappland Gold Prospecting access to the area in the company's project Stortjärnhobben for processing.
The Land and Environment Court announced its decision on June 25.
Lappland Gold Prospecting writes in a press release on Wednesday that it has now come to their attention that Vapstens sameby has appealed the court's decision and is now awaiting a possible leave to appeal.
Lappland Gold Prospecting AB is a Swedish gold prospecting company with operations in northern Sweden. The company's share is traded on Spotlight Stock Market in Stockholm since October 2024.
