This is despite the setback in sales of the chain's Miu Miu brand in the Middle East as a result of the Iran war.
Adjusted for currency effects, sales increased by 14 percent. Adjusted for one-off items - such as the purchase of the Versace brand at the end of 2025 - the increase was 3 percent.
The sales increase was in line with expectations and Prada's shares fell 2 percent on the Milan Stock Exchange.
Miu Miu's sales growth plummeted to 2 percent, compared with a 60 percent increase in the corresponding quarter of 2025.
Prada's sales in the Middle East fell 30 percent, or 22 percent when adjusted for currency effects.
