Madelene Sagström had a good day on the golf course outside Boston on the LPGA tour. The Swede went six under par for the day, and is now second with a total of nine under par after two rounds.

Sagström made four consecutive birdies on holes 13–16. There were also birdies on holes six and seven.

I am satisfied with my day. I tried to play smart and it paid off, says Sagström in Viaplay's broadcast.

Chinese Miranda Wang leads the competition at ten under par. Wang has not completed the round, however, as play has been paused due to bad weather. It is the third time during the second round that play has had to be stopped.

Sagström managed to complete her round just in time, but several other players have had to pause in the middle - again.

Ingrid Lindblad has not completed her round, but is now in a tie for 31st place with three under par. Maja Stark (+1), Anna Nordqvist (+2) and Linnea Ström (+3) appear to be missing the cut for the time being.

Linn Grant and Frida Kinhult have not started the second round.

The competition is ongoing.
