Janse, who is State Secretary to the Minister for Foreign Trade and International Cooperation Benjamin Dousa (M), purchased 12 shares for 9,466 kronor on February 22 last year. The share has risen sharply since then.

Janse says that she was not aware of the Gripen affair in advance.

Claes Sandgren, former Chairman of the Institute against Bribery, points out that there is a ban on insider trading. A good margin should be kept against everything that can be perceived as improper, he says.

Considering that she was responsible for trade issues at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the agreement was negotiated with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, her share purchase appears clearly inappropriate, he says to Aftonbladet.
