The defense group Saab has received an order from the Defense Materiel Administration (FMV) for 22 combat boats. The order value is approximately 900 million kronor, Saab writes in a press release.
"This order means a significant addition to Sweden's marine capabilities. We are proud that Saab's combat boats continue to contribute to the Swedish defense", says Mats Wicksell, head of Saab's business area Kockums, according to the press release.
The boats are manufactured by Saab's shipyard in Docksta. Deliveries will be made continuously over the coming years.
