The defense group Saab has received an order for a signals intelligence and surveillance system from a European NATO country. The order is worth 130 million euros, equivalent to 1.4 billion Swedish kronor.

“We are pleased to contribute to strengthening Europe's and NATO's ability to create a better situational picture and collect reliable intelligence,” says Carl-Johan Bergholm, head of Saab's Surveillance business area, in a press release.

Deliveries of the Sirius system, which is described as a passive sensor system for signals intelligence and surveillance, including associated services, will take place until 2030.
