A police service weapon has fallen into the hands of criminals, according to information provided to Aftonbladet . The weapon is suspected of having been used in at least two shootings.

The Social Democrats now want to call National Police Chief Petra Lundh to the Justice Committee to "clarify the situation."
This must be investigated immediately. It is reasonable for the National Police Commissioner to come to the committee and tell us what his view is of how this could have happened, and what measures are being taken to ensure it does not happen again.
According to Aftonbladet, a report has already been filed with the police about a missing service weapon. According to the newspaper, the weapon has not been recovered and technicians have been able to link it to at least two shootings.
We must do everything we can to ensure that these weapons do not fall into disuse, as appears to be the case according to this information.
The police have neither denied nor confirmed Aftonbladet's information.
