The agreement covers Ryanair's base at Arlanda in Sweden, which means that cabin crew will receive collectively agreed wages and employment conditions, the union says in a press release.
"This is historic news for Ryanair employees and an important success for the Swedish model," says chairman Tommy Wreth in a press release.
