Governor Aleksandr Drozdenko also confirms that attack drones have struck Kirishi, where one of Russia's largest oil refineries is located, The Kyiv Independent writes.
The wave of attacks began on Tuesday night, when the Russian export port of Primorsk - right near the border with Finland - was hit. Since then, Ust-Luga, closer to the Estonian border, has now been attacked for two nights in a row.
In connection with the attacks, Ukrainian drones have also struck the EU and NATO countries Estonia and Latvia.
