The region's governor, Andrej Klytjkov, writes on Telegram that a fuel facility caught fire after a "massive drone attack". The rescue service is working to put out the fire, according to the governor. There are no reports of personal injuries.
The same facility was set on fire last week, also due to a Ukrainian drone attack, according to Russian reports.
In the Kyiv region of Ukraine, a Russian drone attack caused a fire on the roof of a 25-story apartment building, according to local authorities. No one is reported to have been injured and residents have been evacuated.
