Russian Drone Attacks Kill Two in Odessa, Injure 15

At least two people have been killed in a Russian nighttime drone attack on the port city of Odessa in southern Ukraine, according to Governor Oleh Kiper on Telegram.

The number of injured after the attack has increased to 15 persons during the morning, according to Kiper.

The attack is described as "massive". Several multi-family houses have been damaged, as well as a food store, a school, and several private residential houses and vehicles. Over 200 persons needed to be evacuated from one of the buildings.

The major city of Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine was also attacked with drones late in the evening. Among other things, a gas station was hit, according to the city's mayor. Similarly, the capital Kyiv was attacked by Russian attack drones shortly before midnight.

In the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky, seven persons were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on a market, reports Governor Vladimir Saldo of the Kherson region, appointed by Russia, on Telegram. Over 20 persons are also reported to have been injured.
