Russia attacked the large border city of Kharkiv again during the night to Sunday. At least two civilian persons were killed and a military hospital is reported to have been damaged.

A 67-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman were killed when a residential building was hit by a projectile. About 25 people were injured, according to Governor Oleh Synehubov.

Offices, a shopping center, and several residential buildings, including apartment buildings, were damaged by, among other things, drones.

A military hospital was also hit, according to the Ukrainian military. According to preliminary information, some of the soldiers being treated at the hospital were injured.

Ukraine is accusing Russia of a new war crime after the attack on the hospital.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyj regrets that the talks about a ceasefire seem to have stalled.

For too long, the US proposal for an unconditional ceasefire has been lying on the table without an adequate response from Russia, he says in a recorded address sent out on social media.

There could already have been a ceasefire if there had been real pressure on Russia.

The Russian military said on Sunday that they had taken control of a small community in central Ukraine, located less than a mile from the Dnipropetrovsk region, which Russian forces have not yet advanced to during the large-scale war that has been going on for over three years. The information is difficult to verify for outsiders.
