At least eight people were injured in a Russian drone attack on the Kharkiv region on Tuesday night, according to Governor Oleh Synehubov on social media.
Three people were also injured in the attack on the Kirovohrad region in central Ukraine, according to local authorities. Several residential buildings were damaged in the attack.
An air raid warning was issued for drones and rockets in several regions of Ukraine during the night, and residents of Kyiv were urged to seek protection on several occasions.
In Russia, Ukrainian drone attacks are also being reported. About 20 drones heading towards Moscow are said to have been shot down, according to the capital's mayor Sergey Sobyanin. Among other things, Zelenograd northwest of Moscow has been attacked, according to the mayor. The area is known for its industrial cluster focused on electronics manufacturing.
