A Russian drone has hit a building where the Ukrainian television channel We Are Ukraine operates, Zelenskyy announced on X. At least five people are reported to have been injured.
“It happened in broad daylight, while journalists were broadcasting live,” he wrote.
Previously, Kyiv's emergency services wrote on Telegram that a Russian drone attack had caused fires in industrial buildings in Boryspil and Fastiv.
The capital has reportedly been attacked with both drones and ballistic missiles. At least two people have been killed, according to the city's military administration.
Air raid sirens have also sounded in Russia. According to The Kyiv Independent, an oil refinery in the Saratov region is on fire.
