Among the injured are two children, according to the authorities. Twelve of the injured have been taken to hospital, including with shrapnel injuries. A large office building started burning in connection with the attack and several buildings were damaged, including an apartment building.
"A brazen attack in broad daylight, aimed at civilian infrastructure", says President Volodymyr Zelenskyj in a comment on social media.
