The documentary, which can be viewed on SVT Play, was filmed by Pavel Talankin, a former recreation leader at a school in Karabash, sometimes described as Russia's ugliest city, but beloved by Talankin and others.

In the film, he depicts how Russian propaganda becomes part of education after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. However, the court in the Chelyabinsk region believes that the documentary promotes terrorism and “negative attitudes towards the current government.”

Pavel Talankin fled Russia in 2024. American David Borenstein also directed the film.
