In an ongoing rescue operation, four people, including a child, have been rescued from the rubble.
"There may still be people trapped. Rescue workers are doing everything they can to free them and put out the fires," Zelenskyy writes.
Russian attacks have also hit a clinic in the eastern city of Pavlohrad and "logistical infrastructure" in the Kyiv region, according to the president.
