The new draft needs a "really serious analysis," Putin's close advisor Yuri Ushakov said on state Russian television.
Some aspects can be seen positively, but many require special discussions with experts, he says.
The latest version of the plan has not yet been made public. According to US President Donald Trump, it is a “fine-tuned” version of the previous 28-point plan that was first presented, and which has been criticized for more or less implying Ukrainian surrender.
