The warning came during Lavrov's visit to the country for talks with his North Korean counterpart Choe Son-Hui on how they will further strengthen the growing military ties and other cooperation.
Lavrov accuses the three countries of military build-up.
"We warn against using these ties to build alliances directed against anyone, including North Korea, and, of course, Russia", he says.
In recent years, North Korea has supplied Russia with soldiers and war materials in the war of aggression against Ukraine, in exchange for money and military support. This has created concern among other countries that North Korea is being provided with technology that strengthens its nuclear and missile programs.
