Russia carried out attacks on several locations in Ukraine on Thursday night, local time in Sweden.
In Kharkiv, buildings have been destroyed and at least nine people injured, governor Oleh Synehubov said on Telegram. The capital Kyiv, as well as Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro, are also under attack, regional leaders wrote on the platform.
The attacks come just hours before a Ukrainian delegation is due to meet the US envoy in Geneva, Switzerland, for talks about the war.
