It will be the first time in 14 years that the Canadian rock band will play in Sweden, and the European tour also includes gigs in Copenhagen on April 4, Oslo on April 6 and Helsinki on April 10.

Rush had not played together since drummer Neil Peart retired in 2015; he died five years later. The band's remaining members, Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, are doing the tour as a tribute to their late friend.

Rush's melodic rock had its heyday in the 1970s and 1980s with albums like "Moving Pictures" and "Signals".
