Rubio says US is not planning more attacks on Iran, sources say

According to media reports, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has told several of his international counterparts that the US is not planning any more attacks on Iran.

According to Rubio, the US focus "currently" is on the economic sanctions against Iran that President Donald Trump announced last week, Axios reports, citing sources.

Information in The New York Times also says that the Trump administration is about to staff embassies in the Middle East again - which is interpreted as meaning it is not expecting another major war.
