The Royal Dramatic Theatre is postponing the premiere of Johan Rabaeus' monologue "Gertrude Stein" for the second time, reports Expressen. The first time, the premiere was moved from February 15 to March 9.
Now, it will instead take place on March 18. According to the theatre's press officer, Lena Törner, more time is needed "to rehearse on stage".
It's a process and during the process, we've realized that we need more time for it to become a perfect performance, she says to Expressen.
Johan Rabaeus told Expressen in February that it was "The Royal Dramatic Theatre that hasn't managed to keep up in any way". The monologue, written by Marty Martin, is directed by Carl Johan Karlsson.
