After three years, Rosenqvist is switching from Meyer Shank Racing back to Arrow McLaren.
"I'm already looking forward to next season and the new challenge," the Swede says in a press release.
Rosenqvist finished fourth at Monterey. He finishes ninth in the racing series after taking the biggest win of his life earlier this year, when he won the Indy 500.
"2026 has been the best year of my life, especially the period around May. First becoming a father and then winning the Indy 500."
Marcus Ericsson finished ninth in the final race and was seventh overall in the IndyCar series.
