It continues to go slow for Rosengård. The reigning champions lost away to BP with 1. In terms of play, we are not quite where we should be, but it's a damn hard work effort today, says 2-0 goal scorer Alice Ahlberg to Viaplay.

Last year, Rosengård won the women's top league, with only one loss throughout the entire season.

After eight matches this season, the Skåne team has three defeats.

On Saturday afternoon, the latest defeat came, against Brommapojkarna at Grimsta IP. The defeat was Rosengård's ever against BP.

The home team took the lead after four minutes through Ida Bengtsson. Alice Ahlberg extended it to 2–0 in the second half.

It's probably not the most beautiful thing I've done, but it was a goal and that's the only thing that matters today, says Ahlberg after the match.

Emilie Woldvik reduced it to 2–1 when she became free in the penalty area after a free kick.

Despite forcing in the final minutes, the away team did not manage to equalize, and the match ended 2–1.

It was obviously nice to score a goal, but the feeling after the match is not good. We're not playing a good match, says Emilie Woldvik and continues:

We're not getting our game going, and we don't have the energy that's needed.

Rosengård is sixth in the table, BP seventh.
