Rosengård won clearly, 5–0, against the North Macedonian champions Ljuboten in the qualifying round for Champions League early on Wednesday.
Attack trio Emilia Larsson (two), Anam Imo (two) and Filippa Sjöström (one) scored the goals. Rosengård's victory means that they will at least continue to qualify for the Europa Cup.
The team from Skåne will face the winner between the Bosnian SFK 2000 Sarajevo and the Belgian OH Leuven, who meet tonight, in a final on Saturday. The winner there will advance to the final qualifying round in Champions League – which is traditional home and away matches. The loser will have to qualify for the Europa Cup.
