The Swedish national team player Viktor Gyökeres continues to succeed in his Portuguese football club Sporting.
The 26-year-old became a two-goal scorer on Saturday evening, when the team defeated the Madeira team Nacional with a clear 6–1.
The Swede scored 3–1 from the penalty spot, and then settled the final result when he scored the 6–1 goal after a counterattack.
Thus, Gyökeres has scored three goals and one assist in the two opening league matches this season.
Last season, the Swede won the top scorer title in the Portuguese league, after scoring 29 goals for Sporting.
