Rodri, who left England for Barcelona in the summer, was one of the key players. The 30-year-old, who was named the best player at the World Cup, says no one will be able to take the titles away from Manchester City.
"It's something that money can't buy. We deserved all the titles and I'm happy to have been part of it," the Spaniard said , according to the BBC.
The penalty scale includes everything from fines to points deductions - and even relegation from the Premier League.
