Venezuela's interim president, Delcy Rodríguez, says she is "absolutely" committed to holding free and fair elections.
"We will have elections in this country that are, of course, fair and free, as stated in the constitution," she said in an interview with NBC News.
Rodríguez says the timing of the elections will be decided in a future "political dialogue".
