The man in the car then drove away, but police caught up with him. A 25-year-old man was arrested and is now suspected of endangering others, violating the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods, and breaching the Public Order Act.
On-duty police officer Elis Brännström describes what happened as "unusually stupid."
"It was lucky that no police officer was injured," he tells NSD.
However, the man was not detained.
