Rock was the theme for Friday's finale number four in "Idol" and this week, two participants were eliminated from the competition.

The genre proved to be quite a challenge for several of the idols and the jury was also rather reserved with their praise. Love Backlund's Pearl Jam interpretation received a standing ovation from at least three of them.

Now you have found exactly the right place, this is what you should do, said Anders Bagge and was supported by Katia Mosally:

Crazy, you were rock'n'roll.

Arvid Lorentsson and Love Stenmarck also received praise, and Sofia Gregersen, who was last out, gave the best performance of the evening, according to the jury, with her version of Janis Joplin's "Piece of my heart".

Ash Pournouri praised the song choice and Anders Bagge called her a super talent.

When the viewer votes were counted, it was Karl Noremo and Jénovic Luyindula who were ultimately eliminated from the competition.

Next week, duets are on the schedule and the participants will sing together with a famous Swedish artist.

They are still in "Idol"
