The Swedish pop star was asked to write a soundtrack to the fashion show and says that she found an unexpected dialogue between the music and the clothes "that she simply had not seen coming", writes the fashion and music magazine Dazed.
In the new song material, there is, among other things, a revised version of "Robotboy" where she gets company from Yung Lean.
Robyn has not released an album since 2018 and the critically acclaimed "Honey", but rumors of new music have flourished for a longer time. Not least since her long-time collaborator Klas Åhlund in a music podcast revealed that he "had just finished a new Robyn album".
On the way into the fashion show, Robyn confirmed to that the album is ready, but was otherwise sparse with the details about the new disc.
