The proposal is inspired by the Scottish Parliament, and the idea is that measures, such as reporting to the police, should be taken when posts are found that require it.
"Now, in election time, you notice that the temperature is rising in a negative way. It's quite heated at times, it's not pretty reading," says the group's chairman, deputy speaker Kenneth G Forslund (S), to the radio.
