A Ukrainian drone is reported to have attacked a fuel depot deep inside Russia, reports The Kyiv Independent.
The oil depot in Cheboksary is located over 90 miles from Ukraine's border. According to Russian information, it is the first drone attack on the Russian republic of Chuvashia since the full-scale war broke out in 2022.
Russia's Defense Ministry reports that the country's air defense shot down a number of Ukrainian drones during the night, most of them over Belgorod near Ukraine.
