The 37-year-old mother of three was shot dead by an ICE agent last week, prompting outrage and protests against the federal immigration police deployed in the state of Minnesota.
After the shots, she was "unconscious, not breathing and had an uneven, irregular and weak pulse," CNN reports, citing the incident report.
After an initial assessment, emergency personnel moved Good further down the street "to provide a more manageable situation, better access for ambulances, and separation from an escalating situation with police and bystanders."
Transcribed emergency calls describe chaotic scenes, with callers reporting hearing shots.
The report also states that Good did not die at the scene, but at a hospital.
The Trump administration has accused Renee Nicole Good of causing the incident herself.
