The 2030 World Cup will be hosted by Morocco, Spain and Portugal. Earlier this year, Spanish Football Federation president Rafael Louzán said that Spain was the main organiser of the tournament and that the final would be played at the Santiago Bernabéu in the capital, Madrid.
Now The Times writes that FIFA President Infantino has promised Morocco the World Cup final if the country's football association gives him support.
Infantino has fallen out of favour in the football world since the proposal to sell shares in FIFA championships to private investors, which was later withdrawn. Infantino is running for re-election at the FIFA Congress in Morocco next year, and several federations have said they will not support the 56-year-old then.
