Cycling star Remco Evenepoel drops out of Tour de France.
During the 14th stage, just over 100 kilometers from the finish, the Belgian got off. Saturday's race is a tough mountain stage in the Pyrenees.
The 25-year-old was in third place in the overall standings after the 13th stage.
Evenepoel won the fifth stage, a time trial, in this year's Tour de France. Last year he finished third in the overall standings.
During last year's Olympic Games in Paris, Evenepoel won gold in both the road race and the time trial.
