The International Red Cross Committee (ICRC) expressed outrage over one of the committee's buildings in Gaza being damaged in an explosion.

On social media, the ICRC announced that it is deeply "outraged" over the incident, especially since a similar incident against a Red Cross building occurred three weeks ago.

The building was likely damaged by a fired grenade or shrapnel from a grenade explosion.

The ICRC, which remains neutral in the conflict, does not write who it suspects was behind the attacks.
