The 29-year-old Sawe won the London Marathon on Sunday in 1:59:30.
Given the many doping cases among Kenyan runners in recent years, Sawe has voluntarily undergone frequent testing so that no one doubts his results and to "show the world that we can run clean and also run fast."
Sawe wishes more runners would undergo doping tests more regularly.
Then everyone would feel more secure and there would be no doubts about anyone, says Sawe.
