A total of 582 cases distributed across 385 companies are now being added to Råd & Rön's blacklist. If the companies in question follow ARN's decision and compensate their customers, that would amount to around SEK 14 million, according to the newspaper.
The worst offender on the list is the airline Ryanair, with 28 cases, including delayed flights. The company has been included in all updates to the blacklist for the past nine years, and ARN recommends that Ryanair compensate its customers with a total of 179,697 kronor.
Also high on the list are Turkish Airlines with 18 cases, and Rock Concert Sweden with eleven cases involving canceled concerts where customers have not received a refund.
However, the largest number of companies in the latest update of the blacklist, which is published twice a year, are in the motor category. There, 139 companies are responsible for a total of 197 cases. These may include used cars that were sold with defects or cancellations of used car purchases.

The list shows companies that do not comply with the decisions of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN). It is updated twice a year and a company remains on the list for two years if it does not choose to compensate its customer according to ARN's decision.
In the recent update, in spring 2026, a record number of companies were added to the list: 385. In total, there are over 1,000 companies on the list.
