The newspaper has established a "black list" of companies that do not follow ARN's proposals on how disputes between consumers and companies should be resolved. The list now includes 538 cases distributed among 355 companies.

In these cases, it is about just over twelve million kronor, which ARN believes should have been paid out as compensation to customers. The recommendations that are not followed can also be about, for example, repairing defective products.

The airlines Turkish Airlines, Ryanair and Air France top the newspaper's black list. The motor industry, primarily cases involving the sale of used cars, and crafts companies also stand out.
