The figure is a new record and an increase of 8 percent compared to the same period in 2024 when the supply continued to grow despite a relatively large number of sales.
"It is mainly due to the fact that many sellers over a longer period have been able to wait with their sale - you simply wait if you do not get the bid you want or need to be able to move on", says Hemnet's market analyst Erik Holmberg in a press release.
