The caution that has characterized the market over the past two to three years is still present, leading to long sales times – and that in turn keeps the supply high", says Hemnet's market analyst Erik Holmberg in a press release.
In Västerbotten County, the supply of apartments has increased by 71 percent, compared to the same week last year, as a result of the bankruptcy of Northvolt. But in six counties, a new record level was noted.
