According to the freight documents, the truck was on its way with household appliances to Clas Ohlson, but in the cargo there was more than half a ton of narcotics. Now the driver is sentenced to nine years in prison and deportation for extremely serious narcotics smuggling, reports P4 Malmöhus.
In the truck in the port of Helsingborg, customs personnel found, among other things, 50 kilograms of heroin, which has been described as a record seizure. The total value of the narcotics in the cargo is estimated to be up to 150 million kronor.
