The International Football Federation (FIFA) has analysed the summer transfer window's player moves.
On the women's side, 1,406 international transfers have been made, an increase of 19.2 percent compared with the previous record number of transfers. The total sum is 275 million kronor, double last summer's transfer window.
There are also records on the men's side, with player purchases worth 95 billion kronor. The number of transfers is more than 12,500.
